I am allowed to share the artwork on my portfolio, giving credit to you as the commissioner if requested. However, you may request that I not share it on social media, which may result in extra fees.

I retain all my rights to the artwork(s) You may not claim the artwork(s) and tamper with the artwork (you may change the artwork for a specific reason if I consent) Removing my signature will not be consented to or allowed.

Artworks are only for personal use unless stated otherwise and MAKE that COMPLETELY clear.

Commercial price is +100%.

Artwork CANNOT be used commercially unless paid for or claimed as your own. Commercial artwork MUST be informed BEFORE starting commission.

You must know what you want to be commissioned, you may not change the idea/subject halfway through the commissioned artwork. If you do, it may result in higher fees. For example, if you do not like the pose of the sketch, but we are already coloring it, there may be a refusal of no change. However, if you do not like the coloring, but we are coloring, then that is perfectly fine to ask for a change.

Agree to a deadline, which will not shorten, but will be lengthened if there are issues on either side. A prolonged deadline extension may result in a cancellation of the commission. The minimum deadline is 5 business days. For 3 days, it may incur fees or may not be possible depending on the commission.

Give at least 2-3 references of your character or elements of the character you wish to design with me.

Clients must provide at least one clear and readable reference for the request. Please supplement the reference with important information that I may need to know to draw the character correctly.

Providing a gallery of the character will help significantly, as it will give me more images to reference. Inconsistency in design will need to be explained, otherwise, I will pick randomly which design I will closely follow.

Please do not send Sexual NSFW references, that’s one way to get blocked.

I will provide images of the artwork(s) during the stages of: sketching, lineart, coloring stage, for customer approval before finalizing with a render. I will also check for preferences of pose or expression if these are not noted at the planning stage prior to payment.

Progress pictures may be shared on Social Media, but can be kept private if requested and/or paid for.

If you do not respond within 7 business days of you receiving a revision/question, I may consider it void, with no refund. Continued acts of this without reason, may result in canceling the commission.

You may not change the idea/subject halfway through the commissioned artwork. If you do, it may result in higher fees. At Least 2-3 references must be given. Please have an idea and give a good description of what you need.

Deadlines MUST be set on the DAY of the commission/when it has started. I will give an estimate on how long your commission will take before payment. Minimum of 5 days, to get it faster is a minimum of 3 days.

If you choose to rush/shorten the date, you must either pay a percentage fee (upwards of 20%) OR wait.

Work in Progress (WIPS) Will be sent everytime I finish a process.(I.E: sketches, line art, flat colors, etc..) I will need approval everytime I send an update. No approval means I will not be moving on until I get it. Leaving me on read for 7 business days, may be void of your commission.

Revisions/ Edits are fine to ask for as long as it is not constant. If you constantly ask for changes, I will be charging extra fees ($5~)

If more drastic revisions or changes are needed it will be an extra $5+ PER. Example: Full pose changes, clothing changes, etc from original idea.

Mistakes in character design that I missed in the given reference sheets will be fixed without charge.

Render changes may include fees.

Once the commission is finished, a completed version will be sent to the client’s email address and discord account. Afterward, the commission is completed, the transaction is final.

You may not CHANGE the subject of the drawing AFTER the sketch/payment.

If you want the drawing to be completely different during the process, you must either continue the drawing, get a refund, or pay again.

Refunds are allowed to be requested if the commission has not been started. If throughout the process, either you or I come to the decision that we are not the right fit for each other and cancel the commission, only 50% of the full price may be refunded. Please make sure you are sure of your request, as changing it will result in a cancellation or fees.

-I have the right to cancel the commission and give a refund without reason. If I cannot complete a commission or have anything else going on, I will immediately inform you

-If you or I refund you will not be allowed to keep or use the artwork in any way, may it be the sketches or the coloring. You may not send them to another artist to “complete” it.

No work will be done without payment – After coming to an agreement on the contents/features/add-ons of your commission, payment should be sent to reserve your spot in the commission queue and initiate the commission. You must let me know when this is completed, or else I will not resume.

I will not refund commissioners after commission is completed and sent.

I will not refund commissioners if they did not read the TOS, by commissioning, it is implied that you have done so and you agreed to it.
